Graveside service for 63-year-old David Cellan of Owasa will be Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Adams Celebration of Life in Owasa.
