2A#1 Grundy Center needed just a little over an hour to sweep Gladbrook Reinbeck on Tuesday Night. It was a hot night with no air conditioning in the gym but that didn’t slow down Grundy Center enroute to 3-0 win. Scores were 25-11, 25-19 and 25-7. The closest game came in the second set when Gladbrook Reinbeck only trailed 14 to 13 but Grundy Center would run off 6 straight points and go on to win the set 25 to 19. During the 2nd set 6 FT 8 SR. Ryanne Brubaker didn’t play most of the set coming in very briefly. The 3rd and final set Grundy Center pounded Gladbrook Reinbeck.
