A 48-year-old Rockford man has been sentenced to more than seven years in federal prison for receiving child pornography.
Anthony Paul Harden was sentenced to 90 months in prison after pleading guilty February 23 to receipt of child pornography.
Federal court records show law enforcement officers searched Harden’s home in Rockford in August 2025 and seized four electronic devices containing child sexual abuse material.
Investigators found hundreds of images and videos received and possessed by Harden between May 2023 and July 2025, including images depicting infants and sadistic and masochistic conduct. Harden also distributed the material to undercover law enforcement computers.
Harden was also ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution to a victim and will serve five years of supervised release after completing his prison term.
There is no parole in the federal prison system.
