Jennifer Steere from Century 21 spoke to the Greene City Council this week about possible permission to have livestock at 402 Courtland Street since there are horse stalls and an arena on the property on the southeast side of the city.
Multiple surrounding neighbors spoke out on issues that this would cause.
The Greene City Council voted against giving Steere permission to have livestock at the property in question, unless the buyer comes to a council meeting with signed permission from the surrounding neighbors and to receive council approval.
