A September 23rd date has been set for the jury trial of 22-year-old Isidoro Moreno Montalvo of Hampton in Franklin County District Court.
Moreno Montalvo is alleged by the state to have stabbed another person on May 24th.
He’s been charged with attempted murder, willful injury causing serious injury, and going armed with intent, all felonies, and for possession or carrying dangerous weapons while under the influence, a serious misdemeanor.
If convicted on the felony charges, Moreno-Montalvo could be sentenced for up to 40-years in prison.
