A 32-year-old Allison man was sentenced last week to 5-years in prison on a charge of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, a class “D” felony, in Butler County District Court.
Terry L. Davies was originally charged with 6 counts of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, injure or provoke fear, a class “C” felony, after he shot 6 times at a house in Allison on August 31st, 2024.
Davies did admit to the shooting when questioned by law enforcement.
He has begun to serve his sentence at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center located in Coralville.
