A Celebration of Life for 9-year-old Jessy Douglas Blanchard of Mason City with be Saturday, August 23rd at 2:00 p.m. at the New Hartford Community Church in New Hartford. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Redman Funeral & Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements. Jessy Douglas Blanchard passed away Monday, August 18th at Iowa City Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
