Mediacom Communications is giving high school seniors in its service areas a shot at scholarship money. The company has announced $60,000 in support through its annual World Class Scholarship program. Now in its 25th year, the program will award sixty seniors with $1,000 each to help with college or vocational training costs starting in the fall of 2026. Selection is based on academic achievement and leadership accomplishments.
Students can apply online at mediacomworldclass.com. Applications must include transcripts and letters of recommendation and be submitted by January 5th, 2026. Applicants do not need to be Mediacom customers, but must live in one of the 22 states where the company provides service.
