
The Meservey City Council will meet Monday at 6 p.m. at City Hall to take action on several year-end items.
Council members will hear departmental updates from the fire department, library, streets, water and sewer, and maintenance.
Under new business, the council is set to review quit claim deeds, make 911 Board appointments for 2026, and consider the city’s fiscal year 2025 Annual Financial Report and Street Finance Report.
A significant portion of the meeting will focus on the city’s new well project. Items include pay applications from JB Holland and Cahoy, a change order for sidewalk panels, a schedule extension request from Cahoy and a review of Change Order No. 2. The council will also consider an amendment from SEH for a contract extension.
