Lunch For A Cause

Parker Place Retirement Community invites the community to come together for Lunch for a Cause, a special fundraising lunch benefiting Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity.

Lunch for a Cause will take place on Thursday, February 19th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Parker Place in Parkersburg. Guests are invited to enjoy a delicious lunch featuring a French dip sandwich with au jus, pasta salad, a bag of chips, and a chocolate chip cookie, all for seven dollars.

All proceeds from the event will support Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity as they celebrate their thirtieth anniversary and work toward completing a local home renovation project in the Parkersburg area. This project helps provide safe, affordable housing for families in our community and strengthens neighborhoods through partnership and service.

Carryout and delivery options are available. Delivery is offered for orders of four or more meals within a ten mile radius of Parkersburg, making it easy for workplaces, groups, and organizations to participate.

Lunch for a Cause is an opportunity to enjoy a great meal while making a meaningful difference. Community members are encouraged to share the event, invite coworkers or friends, and help turn a simple lunch into lasting impact.
