
The Rowan City Council will meet tonight with a public hearing and several property-related items on the agenda.
The council will hold a public hearing on the proposed sale of municipal real estate at 135 and 138 Main St. Following the hearing, the council is scheduled to consider a resolution regarding a real estate purchase and redevelopment agreement.
Council members will also consider hiring an engineer to complete a preliminary engineering report for an ECWAG grant. Other new business items include a payment agreement with Trey Bush, propane trucks using alleys and robot lawn mowers.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Rowan Community Center.
