The first postseason events of the spring season will take place Wednesday as IHSAA sectional golf tournaments will be hosted across the state.
1A Sectional at West Hancock: Clarksville, North Butler, West Fork – those advancing will compete at the district at Lake Mills
1A Sectional at BCLUW: AGWSR – those advancing will compete at the district at St. Edmond
2A Sectional at Clarion-Goldfield-Dows: Clarion-Goldfield-Dows – those advancing will compete at the district at Kuemper Catholic
2A Sectional at Denver: Aplington-Parkersburg, Belmond-Klemme – those advancing will compete at the district at Columbus Catholic
2A Sectional at Grundy Center: Dike-New Hartford, Grundy Center, South Hardin – those advancing will compete at the district at Columbus Catholic
3A Sectional at Okoboji: Hampton-Dumont-CAL, Iowa Falls-Alden – those advancing will compete at the district at MOC-Floyd Valley
The start times for each meet will be 10:00 a.m., except for the sectional at BCLUW, which’ll start at 9:00 a.m.
The top three teams and top two individuals (plus ties) from non-qualifying teams will advance to the district meet.
