4th of July in Belmond

Lots of fun in Belmond for a few days surrounding the 4th of July holiday: ‘Staying True to the Red, White, & Blue’.. Enjoy its big parade on Friday, July 4 beginning at 10:30 a.m.; followed by a pulled pork dinner at the fire station. 1 p.m. 3 or 3 basketball tourney at the swimming pool park; “Standing Hampton” entertains at the football stadium beginning @ 7 p.m. with fireworks beginning @ 10 p.m. More events on Saturday, July 5 include a pickleball tourney, car show, and 5 K fun run! Worship together on Sunday, July 6 @ Community Worship Services – 9:30 a.m. – downtown park. ** Farmers’ Market every Saturday morning from 9 – 11 a.m. East parking lot at the county courthouse.
