Annual Pioneer Craft Fair in Morrison

Come Join us for our Annual Pioneer Craft Fair!
Free event for families and all history enthusiasts! Come join us on
September 14 th , 2025 from 11am-4pm at the Grundy County Heritage Museum
grounds for a day of food, entertainment, and live demonstrations of pioneer
crafts and skills. Featuring a farmer’s market, live music, and plenty of treats for
sale, this is an event that you won’t want to miss. Take a tour of our museum
buildings, including a real log cabin and a one room schoolhouse, then take a bus
tour and a horse-drawn trolley ride down to our Buckskinner’s camp. There will
even be a drawing for a Charles Freitag print! Activities for the kids include
scavenger hunts, a petting zoo, games, face painting, and learning Morse code,
making a truly unforgettable day of fall activities. We hope to see you there, at
