Dike Public Library hosts Good Neighbor Iowa as they teach a free class on natural lawn care

Good Neighbor Iowa will teach a free class on natural lawn care and the dangers of urban pesticide use. Good Neighbor Iowa is a statewide public health education initiative managed in partnership with UNI’s Center for Energy and Environmental Education. Good Neighbor Iowa uplights pesticide-free lawn management practices, encourages appreciation for diverse lawns, and educates the public on alternative methods of lawn management.
