Our highly anticipated farm-to-table dinner series returns in 2025 with six dates, each featuring a celebrated guest chef!

Your evening begins with an intimate, behind-the-scenes tour of the ranch, where owners Knute and Amanda Severson will guide you through the pastures and share the story behind Grand View’s 100% grass-fed beef. Mingle with fellow guests over handcrafted hors d’oeuvres before gathering at our beautifully set long table. There, you’ll savor a thoughtfully curated four-course meal showcasing the best of local, in-season ingredients.
