Retirement Party being held for Toni Wilkinson, Franklin County Recorder

Toni Wilkinson is retiring as the Franklin Co Recorder, at the end of the month, but she’s having her Retirement Party on December 17th from 10:00 AM – Noon. We are trying to get the word out to the public, so she can have a good turn out. The public is invited.
It is at the courthouse in the rotunda. She has been at the Recorder’s office for 40 years.
