Low temperatures in the 30's reported in northeastern Iowa today
Parts of northeastern Iowa had chilly low temperatures today including 32 degrees at Elkader.
It dropped to 36 degrees in Fayette, 37 in Manchester, 38 in both Hampton and Waterloo, and to 39 in Oelwein.
