DNR officer arrests an Iowa Falls man in Franklin County
Last night a conservation officer with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources arrested 32-year-old Nathan Tobin of Iowa Falls for boating while intoxicated, improper boating on an artificial lake, prohibited operation of a vessel, and for reckless use of a water craft.
Tobin was arrested after he was on Beeds Lake near Hampton.
Tobin was released from custody today.
