Hardin Supervisors provide input on an important plan
Today the Hardin County Board of Supervisors went through the county’s hazard mitigation plan with county Emergency Management Coordinator Thomas Craighton and assisted him in updating that document for FEMA.
This document has to be updated periodically in order to be in compliance with FEMA in the event of disaster assistance and other federal grant access.
One of the items discussed was the listing of major employers that may be impacted by a disaster, and some were added, for example, J&T Motor Freight.
