Asphalt crack sealing project set for Hampton Thursday
D&M Asphalt Services will be in Hampton tomorrow conducting an asphalt crack sealing project in the morning.
Officials say the city conducts these projects in an effort to add longevity to recently paved streets.
There will be a paving project that has been scheduled for later in this construction season with a fall deadline which will include milling and overlay of five city blocks, new curb and gutter removal and installations, sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation, storm water intake rehabilitation and water, storm water and sewer fixture replacements.
Tomorrow’s asphalt crack sealing project in Hampton should be completed in one day, weather permitting.
