Franklin REC involved in the Shine the Light contest
Franklin REC is participating in the 3rd annual Shine the Light contest, celebrating commitment to community.
The statewide contest, hosted by the Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives, is now accepting nominations for local volunteers in the community during this month.
After a review of volunteer nominees, by an IAEC committee, 3 winners will be selected and awarded a 25-hundred dollar donation to the local charity or community organization of their choice.
