Tennis Court Resurfacing Project at Hampton's Progress Park has been Completed
Hampton Public Works Director Doug Tarr says the Hampton tennis court resurfacing project at Progress Park has been completed.
Tarr says that due to high temperatures, high humidity and moisture on the courts, it has been recommended to keep the courts closed from use until late next week. This will offer the new surface some time to cure.
Tarr adds that repairs to the Hampton Aquatic Center’s piping system are still ongoing and an opening date for the season should be announced in the next week.
