Arraignment set for a Hampton man charged with sexual abuse
June 8th at 9am is the date and time set for the arraignment of 25-year-old Benjamin Harold Green of Hampton in Franklin County District Court.
Green was charged last month with three counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse after the state alleged he sexually abused three children when he was employed at the Hampton Community Christian Daycare.
Green remains held at the Hardin County Jail on a 100-thousand dollar cash or surety bond, and during the upcoming court hearing he has also asked for his bond to be reduced.
2nd degree sexual abuse is a class “B” felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
