Video Banking machines to be replaced by First Security Bank and Trust
Officials with First Security Bank and Trust say that in order to improve performance and service for their customers, most Video Banking machines will be replaced with the latest version of the technology this summer.
If you are a regular user of Video Banking, the system will be unavailable for one entire day.
In the local area the Video Banking machine at the Rockwell branch of First Security Bank and Trust will be replaced on June 29th followed by the machine in Hampton on July 12th.
The final replacement will take place in Rockford on August 3rd.
