Iowa State Patrol makes two arrests in Franklin County
Last night the Iowa State Patrol in Franklin County arrested 43-year-old Tara Duncan of Hampton for possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd offense possession of a controlled substance, and she was also wanted on a Cerro Gordo County warrant to serve a jail sentence. Duncan was ordered held at the Hardin County Jail.
Last night the Iowa State Patrol in Franklin County also arrested 47-year-old Chad Noah of Sheffield for 1st offense possession of a controlled substance and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Noah was released from custody today.
