Waterloo man arrested on a Butler warrant
Yesterday the Butler County Sheriff’s Department transported from Black Hawk County 32-year-old Blake Hartzell of Waterloo who was wanted on a warrant for violation of his probation from three different cases.
The original charges included a controlled substance violation and possession of a controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense.
Hartzell is being held at the Butler County Jail. A hearing to revoke his probation has been set for October 2nd at 2pm in Allison.
