H-D School Board to consider a bond election in November
The Hampton-Dumont School Board Monday is expected to receive a petition from a member of the H-D Community Facilities Committee that has the required number of valid signatures to bring a general obligation bond to an election in November.
The required number of signatures was 470, which represents 25 percent of the voters in the last school election.
The H-D board will then consider a resolution to set the election for November 7th on the issuance of 17-million dollars in General Obligation School Bonds.
The Hampton-Dumont School Board meets Monday at 5pm at the middle school boardroom in Hampton.
