2nd Spring Flood Outlook released by the NWS
The latest Spring Flood Outlook from the National Weather Service in Des Moines has been released, and shows that the risk of minor, moderate and major flooding is near to below normal at all locations.
Current conditions show that river levels were running generally near to below normal, soil moisture was running below to much below normal, there is no snowpack, and ground frost does not exist.
The next Spring Flood Outlook from the National Weather Service in Des Moines will be issued March 14th.
