Hampton City Council to hold two meetings today
The Hampton City Council will hold a special meeting today to be followed by a regular business meeting.
During the special meeting, the Hampton council will hold a public hearing on the city’s proposed fiscal year 2025 property tax levy.
The special meeting of the Hampton City Council begins at 6pm today.
Then immediately following the special meeting, the Hampton council will hold a public hearing on the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of notes, and will consider a resolution approving wage increases for those in the public works department represented by Teamsters Local 238.
Both meetings will be held at the council chambers.
