Annual meeting held by Butler County REC
Members of Butler County Rural Electric Cooperative re-elected two incumbent directors and elected one new director at their annual meeting on Wednesday.
Re-elected were Share Brandt of Allison and Troy Feldman of Greene. Newly elected was Ken Kappmeyer of Waverly.
Almost 500 votes were cast through mail-in ballots.
Butler County REC provides power to more than 66-hundred meters to homes, farms, and businesses in Bremer, Butler, Chickasaw and Floyd Counties.
