USDA Rural Development helps with a business project in Butler County

USDA Rural Development says the agency will invest over 28-million dollars in grants and loans to projects in Iowa that promote rural small businesses, support higher education, and improve drinking water and sanitation infrastructure.

In the broadcast area, the Butler County Rural Electric Cooperative received a $1,372,320 loan to fund a pass through loan to Bovy RX, LLC, doing business as the Parkersburg Pharmacy.

This project will assist with the acquisition and renovation of the pharmacy in Parkersburg.
