Local teams, individuals participating in Boys State Golf
Several local teams and individuals will compete in this week’s Iowa High School Athletic Association State Golf Championship tournaments.
In Class 1A, AGWSR and West Fork will compete as teams. North Butler sophomore Nolan Reser qualified individually.
Grundy Center will compete as a team in Class 2A.
Hampton-Dumont-CAL senior Michael Showalter is an individual qualifier in Class 3A.
The Class 1A meet is at Ames Golf & Country Club. The Class 2A meet is at Coldwater Golf Links in Ames. The Class 3A meet is at Veenker Memorial Golf Course in Ames.
Monday’s action will start at 10:30 a.m., and will resume Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.
