Northern Iowa Softball, AGWSR grad Kuper seeking pledges for fundraiser
The Northern Iowa softball program is seeking pledges for its annual “Hit-a-Thon” fundraiser, which will be held Thursday, October 5.
Each player is collecting pledges per foot on how far they can hit a softball during a home run derby style event. Locally, AGWSR alumna Makenna Kuper will take part in the event. Last year’s event raised over $50,000 that directly benefited the UNI softball program.
