Little change in the latest U-S Drought Monitor Report for Iowa.
Through Tuesday morning, the coverage area of no drought conditions dropped slightly to about 49 percent.
At the same time, there was a slight increase in the coverage area for the abnormally dry category, at 44-point-37 percent.
The rest of Iowa remained in a moderate drought at 6-point-63 percent.
The estimated population in drought areas of the state stands at over 150-thousand.
