The names of those involved in a two vehicle accident Friday about 8:10pm at the intersection of Highway 14 and county road B-60 north of Greene in Floyd County have been released.
The Iowa State Patrol reports a box truck driven by 38-year-old Britney Huffman of Cedar Falls was traveling westbound on B-60 when she failed to stop at Highway 14.
At the same time a 2019 Jeep Trail Hawk driven by 35-year-old Autumn Taylor of Greene was southbound on Highway 14 and was struck by the box truck, causing both vehicles to enter the southeast ditch.
Huffman was ejected from the box truck and was pronounced dead at the scene, while Taylor received minor injuries.
Huffman was not wearing a seat belt.
