For the 4th time, the trial for a former Eagle Grove Police Officer has been continued in Wright County District Court.
28-year-old Colt Allan Richardson was charged earlier this year with dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor, a serious misdemeanor, and with purchase, or possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act, a class “D” felony.
Richardson’s trial had been set to begin this Thursday (July 17th), but has been continued to August 21st at 8:30am.
