A 32-year-old Latimer man was arrested Monday afternoon by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department on two Franklin Count warrants.
Nicholas Franklin Passehl was wanted on one warrant for three counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse, the other warrant was for a charge of unauthorized possession of an offensive weapon.
Passehl made his initial court appearance and was ordered held on a total bond of 80-thousand dollars cash only in his name only, and is being held at the Hardin County Jail.
If convicted on all the charges, he could be sentenced for up to 80-years in prison.
