Saturday afternoon the Eldora Police Department arrested 21-year-old Sean M. Piere of Iowa Falls who was wanted on a warrant for 2nd degree theft, 3rd degree burglary, and for 2nd degree harassment.
Piere has a preliminary court hearing set for August 5th at 2pm.
If convicted on the theft and burglary charges, he could be sentenced for up to 10-years in prison.
