The Meservey City Council held a special meeting Monday evening, moving forward on several items tied to the ongoing well project.
Council approved a payment to Cahoy Pump Services in the amount of $123,538.38 for work completed to date on the water project.
Three change orders were also approved. The council signed off on a Well Water Pollution Prevention Plan, the installation of $3,200 bollards to protect a new fire hydrant at the end of Minnesota Street, and $3,180 to install new water meters at properties that previously did not have one.
