Tuesday morning, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44-year-old Jennifer Lynn White of Forest City on a Franklin County warrant for animal neglect with serious injury or death.
Franklin County Sheriff Aaron Dodd tells RadioOnTheGo News the animal neglect investigation was conducted by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department at a residence in Alexander earlier this year.
A Franklin County deputy picked up White from the Winnebago County Jail Tuesday and transported her to the Hardin County Jail to be held on a $2,000 cash only bond.
