A Hampton man was arrested Thursday afternoon by the Hampton Police Department on an arrest warrant. In an email to RadioOnTheGo News, police said 45-year-old Angel Gustavo Ramirez was taken into custody for indecent exposure.
Ramirez was taken to the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center. According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Ramirez has since seen a judge and has been released on his own recognizance. A preliminary hearing for the matter is set in the Iowa District Court in and for Franklin County on Nov. 25.
