The Rockwell City Council will hold its regular meeting Wednesday, Dec. 3 in the council chambers.
Agenda items under new business include a public hearing on a property sale, the third reading of a zoning ordinance, discussion of vacancy taxes and fines, and a speed trailer agreement. Committee reports and employee discussions are also on the agenda.
The meeting is set to begin at 5:30 p.m.
