
Franklin County 4-H is inviting area 4-H members to take part in a spring break educational trip to Dubuque.
4-H members in fourth through eighth grade will depart the morning of March 9 and travel to Dubuque. Participants will visit the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium before spending the afternoon hiking at Mines of Spain State Recreation Area with Dubuque County Conservation. Youth will take in scenic views along the Mississippi River while observing local wildlife.
The cost to attend is $50, and registration is due by Feb. 27. Youth must be enrolled in 4-H to participate.
