
The Clarion-Goldfield-Dows Community School District Board of Education will hold a budget hearing and regular meeting Thursday at the district office in Clarion.
The FY27 budget hearing is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m., where board members will present the proposed budget, hear public comment and consider approval of the spending plan.
Following the hearing, the board will move into its regular meeting. Agenda items include consideration of a proposed middle school Washington, D.C., and New York trip for spring break 2028 and discussion of correspondence from Public School Strong.
Additional items include financial updates, approval of milk and bread bids, setting fees and meal prices for the upcoming school year and consideration of a resolution to form an ad hoc committee for a School Improvement Advisory Committee meeting.
