Hardin County Supervisors set meeting agenda for April 22

The Hardin County Board of Supervisors will meet Wednesday, April 22, at 9 a.m. in the courthouse large conference room in Eldora.

The board will consider designating the Signal Review in Hubbard as an official county publication.

On the agenda are several administrative and financial items, including approval of a compromise agreement related to a county tax sale certificate, and adoption of a 2026-27 life insurance policy through Allstate. Supervisors will also review rates and agreements with IGHCP, Wellmark and EBS, with authorization for the board chair to complete related documents.

Additional items include consideration of a community betterment match grant application for V & Co Design and utility permits for Alliant Energy and Aureon.

The board will also review personnel changes in the sheriff’s office and IRVM department and consider designating the Signal Review in Hubbard as an official county publication.

A work session on EMS essential services is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. following the regular meeting.
