According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa, a former Marshalltown man has been sentenced to more than 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to receipt of child pornography.
26-year-old Jordan Michael Million was sentenced Wednesday in Cedar Rapids to 121 months in prison. He also was ordered to pay $6,000 in restitution to victims and must serve five years of supervised release after his prison term. There is no parole in the federal system.
Federal officials say evidence at sentencing showed Million received and possessed more than 800 images and videos of child sexual abuse material between April and December 2024. Officials say a search of Million’s Kik account also showed he distributed child sexual abuse material to another person in 2021, when he lived in Marshalltown.
Million pleaded guilty Nov. 14, 2025. He is being held in U.S. Marshals custody until he can be transported to federal prison.
