Gov. Kim Reynolds has issued a proclamation easing restrictions on the transportation of and access to motor fuels in Iowa.
The proclamation is effective immediately and continues through 11:59 p.m. May 28, 2026. It suspends certain regulatory provisions of Iowa Code related to hours of service for crews and drivers delivering diesel, gasoline or gasoline blends, ethanol and biodiesel into or within Iowa.
