Franklin County Sheriff Aaron Dodd tells RadioOnTheGo News that deputies arrested a Latimer man Monday on two outstanding warrants.
According to Dodd, 32-year-old Nicholas Passehl of Latimer was taken into custody at the Franklin County Courthouse. The first warrant was issued for violation of pretrial release related to three counts of sexual abuse, carrying a $150,000 cash-only bond. The second warrant charged conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony, with an additional $10,000 cash-only bond.
Passehl was held at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, appeared before a magistrate, and was ordered to remain in custody under the cash-only bonds. He has since been transported to the Hardin County Jail.
