Iowa Falls City Council sets meeting agendas for April 1

The Iowa Falls City Council is moving forward with its fiscal year 2026-27 budget process, including a proposed property tax levy.

The council will hold a special meeting Wednesday, April 1, at 5 p.m. to conduct a public hearing on the proposed property tax levy. Following the hearing, council members will consider approval of the levy.

A second meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m., during which council members are expected to set a public hearing date for final budget approval.

That public hearing is planned for the regular council meeting on April 20 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.

Both meetings on April 1 will be held in the Iowa Falls City Council Chambers.
